I agree that covering your face can give a sense of self comfort. When covid started becoming a pandemic and me and my family started wearing face masks I realized how comforting it actually felt to not have people see me. Even then though, I still recommend not to do that because you have no reason to be ashamed of your face. Your beautiful❤

After COVID, when people stopped wearing masks and shit I still wore it bec I was insecure of my face and thought hiding it made me look better, I have since lost weight and got confident and improved mentally thankfully
