Im at the dentist's office listening to Ustadh 😂😂 y'know what i love about him is that he's not just Islamic teacher but he's good at understanding the business world and bringing islamic knowledge in that aspect. I've seen so many people complaining about living in the west and wanting to move back because its "unislamic" when i know people from their home countries would love to live in the west. Islam is universal and we can survive anywhere with good advice from quran.

Im a chemical engineering grad. Used to work at oil n gas industry for 8 yrs. Now im a full time homemaker raising my 7 year old son. With all the education bckground and work experience i had, im using tht to nurture my son, teaching him things that nobody taught when i was young.

I pray to Allah empower us with knowledge and resources that we can use to benefit others especially the younger generation insyaAllah.

As a newly-turned 40 year old, I'm more capable in every single way than I was when I was 20, and don't really feel any "older". Thanks to this channel and others like it, I am finally learning who I should be grateful to for all that I'm blessed with.

Such a coincidence! As a single mom of two teens I was actually thinking the same thing in the last few days. I was feeling so hopeless, thinking about how to bring about change for our ummah in a short time. And then Alhamdulillah I found hope and energy again thinking my goal for now is to invest my time, energy and resources in the upbringing of my children.
May Allah swt guide us upon the right path and bless us with wisdom and strength to be the best parents possible. And may every next generation consist of even better and stronger muslims than the previous one. Ameen.

Ustaad has made a good move by entering into a different dimension. The dimension of taking our minds to gym, build ourselves and understand true value of being a Muslim. Jazak Allah Ustaad 🙂😇

I have recently added in my phone a new list of things I have to do.
One of things is Shukr Contemplation of 5 minutes.
Plan is to sit alone silently (or say Alhamdulillah silently) and be grateful to Allah by counting some of his blessings. The main way to Shukr is using his blessings in a pleasing way but I think this can also help.
Alhamdulilah Allah has guided me to the same topic this week.

When i keep my home tidy and clean using the tools that make it so easy(vac-mop, dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer) i see this as showing shukr. On the other end, if i am being neglectful, aside from being sick or injured, i feel its an act of ungratefulness. Self care i think is showing shukr, as well as caring for thise placed in my gaurdianship. Ao many ways anyone can show shukr no matter how much or how 'little' we have materially.

This explanation of Dhul qarnain on not being afraid or in denial that my creation/project will eventually come to destruction opened a door if courage in my heart and mind.
I live in Nigeria and dreamed of establishing a school and amusement park. But the insecure climes, risk of my project being destroyed from like internal disputes made me kill my dream and fall into the trap of waiting for a "right safe" climate to set up my so called dream.
Listening to shaykh, i understand understand better that I do what I ever can now, do my shukr now buy executing, working on my the talents Allah azza wa jal blessed with me, improve myself, my community and be a part of the prosperity chain of a grateful nation. Jazakallahu khayr shaykh for sharing these words of wisdom

Dhulqarnain is Prophet Sulaiman PBUH. If we just read all Aayah about these two in Quran we will know that they are one and same personality. Dhulqarnain is tribute or title of Prophet Sulaiman PBUH.

"Qarn" in Quran never meant horn but it means "Generation" or "Epoch". Prophet Sulaiman PBUH ruled over two generations of "Humans and Jinns" simultaneously thats why he is "Dhulqarnain".

I request Muslim scholars to contemplate Quran and try to find the answer in Quran about everything because Allah SWT says "Quran may explain all things".

Jazak Allah Kher
