Sir I had filled 2 papers, One of civil engineering and one of Environmental Sciences (ES) which is scheduled on 5th. Now problem is on that same day between 9-12 and 2-5 my state psc paper ( Gujarat Engineering Services) is scheduled and I want to give that instead of ES paper as I've not prepared much in ES. Will it be a problem if I skip ES paper? I mean will my civil engineering paper would be considered if I skip ES Paper?
