Morning Meditation Intention Setting

This is a guided meditation that helps you create successful intentions that you will achieve today. You can easily and effortlessly do this because you will visualize yourself in a crystal ball using the creative part of your mind.

This session you create a light of energy that is motivation. This motivation builds from your breathing in and out and imagining it going through your body. Whenever you are ready you can set intentions and accomplish anything.

I’ll provide an explanation below that is also in our new e book that shows how to set intentions.

There is a difference between intentions and goals. Goals are forward thinking something you are striving to accomplish in the future. Intentions are in the present moment and something you want accomplish now. It is a good idea to build your intentions off of your goals. Say your goals have to do with making money and having a certain amount by a certain date. Your goal is to make $1,000,000 June 1st, 2021.

Your intentions can be stated in the I am format:

-I am creating wealth

-I am creating new ways to make money

-I am helping others make money

Do you see how this works? Can you hear the money already? Does this make you feel like you can make money? These are all things you can do today. Set these intentions to eventually accomplish your goal.

Here is where the crystal ball comes in. Every morning when you wake up you can set intentions towards your goal. You can do this by taking a few deep breaths in and imagining your intention inside of a crystal ball. Create a few crystal balls and watch your intentions come true throughout the day.
