Amazon Echo Studio and Echo Sub Issue

A constant problem pairing two Echo Studios to the Echo Sub is inconsistent speaker output. In this instance, only the Echo Sub has output.

I found the resolve you should factory reset your echo device once you do that. pair them together again and it will work. was on the phone hours with tech-support and just figured it out myself. Good luck.

Juat had this happen, cant believe after a year amazon still hasnt came up with a fix for this.

Glad to have stumbled upon this video, I am considering getting a similar set up. Please update if you find a solution. I would consider is placing one studio on mute or maybe doing a reset of all speakers.

I also have 2 echo studios and use them with the las 4k max Amazon stick and it’s disconnecting sometimes, sometimes one of them sometimes both of them, and even after resetting them at factory settings it’s hard to make the home cinema connection work properly again.

It’s frustrating and I’m also amazed Amazon doesn’t make an update that everything works properly …

Expensive things and don’t work as should.

One of my studios cuts out when on speaker set. And my sub didn’t work but about 6 months and it keeps saying it needs attention . I FILED A FORMAL COMPLAINT THROUGH BBB

I tried this setup, it sounded good but the frustration with constant disconnects, not wanting to play in a group and honestly lackluster bass output I sent them all back. Currently, battling with an ECHO 15, first one defective after 2 months and the second is starting the "sorry, something went wrong, try again later" Very frustrating

Same issue with my echo show and my Echo Sub. Very frequently, my show will cut out but the sub keeps playing. Frequently mid-song. Very frustrating.
