Cold Weather Riding Gear & Clothing for Mountain Biking

It's January and it's cold. But it's also dry. The trails are in great shape and calling my name. So I've made a list of tips for gearing up to ride in the cold without busting your piggy bank open to buy some crazy expensive cold-weather cycling gear. I want to see what I already have in my closet that will work.

One nice thing from my hunting hiking gear are leg gators. These really are nice. Wind and water proof. Mine are tough. Brand mountain hardwear.

In comparisoon to the flood of videos where they just got made to make money, follow a trend, etc.

Great video ! Where abouts ya from ? SE Michigan here . During this cold weather we have currently, I'm about to build me a manual machine for some off season practice

If the temp is really low I put a stretchy helmet cover on to restrict the air flow through the vents. This along with a beenie keeps my head warm in the lowest of temps. It looks kinda funny but it keeps me going
