I know it's been answered already but since nearly a year has passed I'd just like an update to be sure: is there still an option for men by ordering two sizes larger? And how high does the size go? What about wides? I'm asking because, if I were to order, that'd be a size fifteen/sixteen wide and feel like that'd be important to know beforehand.
