Thanks for the encouragement to ride more. I plan to ride on Jan. 1st as it should be sunny with temps slightly above freezing. I’ll bundle up ( layer) my clothing and ride for maybe an hour. I live in the Western suburbs of Chicago. I was watching the news and saw some long distance runners who run almost everyday. I used to ride in temperatures down to the teens when I was younger (under 40 years old) and had no problems health wise. I’m going to make an effort to ride most of this winter. We’ll see how it works out. I have an old road bike with a 250 watt e-bike conversion kit. That’s enough for me as I still ride my old Schwinn Paramount regular bike as well. Again, thanks for the encouragement. I watch your videos the day that they are released and enjoy them very much. Happy New Year Russ!

I just know I injoy your video. you make since on your views of things. I understand your position about stop signs it's better to be safe and falling no fun. I've just recently read that CA now has a law saying they have to tell you why they are stopping you. That's good because before it seemed like they were putting YOU on the spot and trying to get you to admit guilt. And maybe you need to set up some destinations when you go out on a bike ride instead of just going out, I know that helps me....take care and see you next year !!

none of my videos ever hit 4k lol. I use a gopro 10 and do record in im ok with the 1080p once it hits Youtube and converts to 1080p after so long. i Need to learn more of the gopro settings for the non sunny Indiana quality takes a huge hit when its a overcast/ non sunny day. looking forward to warmer weather for us Midwest folks so we can get out there and ride.
