Walking Water Experiment

You will need:
•3 empty glasses
•water
•food coloring
•paper towels

Directions:
1. Fill outside cups with water.
2. Add food coloring (choose any colors you want).
3. Cut a paper towel in half and then fold it into quarters, lengthwise.
4. Stick one end of the paper towel into the colored water and one end into the empty jar.
5. Watch the water “walk up” the paper towels into the empty jar.
