I believe his form would decline if he went there, since the club doesn’t have like 20 loyal players that’ll stay in the club their whole careers, Messi had support from people he knew for ages at Barca: Xavi, Iniesta, Puyol, Pique, you don’t see that amount of loyal players in Inter
He would definitely adapt to the Italian environment but Inter likes changing their squad everytime they change managers, so he wouldn’t stick for long, just like he did with PSG
