Is there any way I could make a fluid more viscous as the liquid particles age increases in different parts? I could not find a solution anywhere so I suppose it is not even possible. So please could you add it in the next update?

No, unfortunately it doesn't need any new features for the time being, it needs GPU mode and faster baking, I'm sure LquiGen will steal a lot of blender users.
