I wonder if this would be beneficial doing it regularly. Some of these situations could really help in a fight if your leg/arm/etc is compromised and you can't use it. Instead the whole game plan going out the window

that "no blocks, only movement" would be really hard, especially for a counter fighter, I'll throw a jab on the inside of my opponents overhand because it blocks it

Hey man I've Ben following you since 2021 I know it's not a long time but about a year ago sadly I was in a school fight and was hit right when I turned a corner and I got rocked I was able to get into a clinch but I ended up on the floor getting the ground and pound treatment which you know how that feels but I'd appreciate you making a video on that kind of scenario if you don't have one so when someone's not in the school they can have some knowledge on what to do thx for your time
