KFC Style Popcorn Chicken Recipe!

This is my quick and easy recipe on how to make KFC style popcorn chicken!

INGREDIENTS

1-2 chicken breast
2 eggs
1 litre sunflower oil
1 lemon
1 cup (250g) all-purpose/plain flour
3 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt
Black pepper

METHOD

1. Slice the chicken breast into strips
2. Cut into small bite-size pieces
3. Put the chicken in a bowl and add yoghurt
4. Mix and placed in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
5. In a bowl, add flour, garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper and salt
6. Mix well with a whisk
7. In a bowl, add eggs and lemon juice
8. Whisk
9. Coat the chicken pieces in the flour mix
10. Dredge in the egg
11. Coat once more in the flour mix
12. Place the chicken in the hot oil on a medium high heat
13. Fry for 6-8 minutes until golden brown
14. Drain on a wire rack
