It's very helpful to see these examples side by side like this. The end though, that was really eye opening. That seems to be the difference in people wanting to leave behind a legacy and those who aren't concerned about that.

Great example! Thanks for sharing. It looks like the real estate deal was a good one, when you sold it and got a profit of more than your put into it! I loved how this gave an apples-to-apples comparison. Sure, my HYSA is paying 4.5%, but I can't be sure that that will happen long term. Dividend rates have usually been higher.

I have gone through a LOT of other videos, etc. looking for content along these lines. Thanks so much for putting it out. It would be great to see more content that goes into the *how* of infinite banking as opposed to the *why*.

I may be wrong but one thing that would be nice to also discuss is basically using velocity banking concepts to pay off the "good" debt in a snowball using both passive and active cashflow. It seems like the sooner you can get the policy loans paid off, the sooner you can reuse the CV for more investments that then pay off the loan even faster which in turn gives you more passive cashflow. Am I missing something there?

The math is wrong in calculating the value of the assets by adding the investment right back to the end sale price… can I get a copy of the sheet?
