I booted from the stick, and still get the error. If I press f8 on the menu it just resets me at the initial “needs to be repaired” menu

Solution for Last step: I just notice that C: is not where my boot is, it in E: so for me it "bcdboot E:\windows /s N: /f UEFI" and it work! Do a drive change and type dir to show if your boot is in that drive letter. For drive change, it that letter follow by a colon. example "F:" enter. Hope this helps someone.

Once you boot from the USb!! that's part of the problem, not being able to change how the PC boots up! You totally bypassed that.

Thank you. Why bootrec /fixmbr, Win11 is on GPT. Or do I something wrong? What about the BIOS/UEFI with Security Boot? Should it be enabled or disabled?
