I decided I needed a push on my CrossFit workouts! Specifically the metcon (metabolic conditioning) portion of my workout. So I decided to join my friends for the lifting class at Diablo CrossFit and we throw in a workout as well!

Metcon in this video:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes:
7 shoulder to overhead
20/30 calorie row

Barbell (Rx+ 105/155, Rx 95/135)

great job!! you killed it. i use to work out with a good partner which was good for both of us but, he`s evidently on a mission to work out(and regress) with an elite member. it`s all good cause i like being alone now to be hyper focus and work on weaknesses more.

Do you wear a heart rate monitor during your workouts? First why? And have you found it useful? What kind of data are you collecting?
