Pretty good considering the suv weighs 6000 pounds. My 2013 gets on pretty good.

Seems normal to me. Heavy vehicle what do you expect. Buy a Porsche if you want quick acceleration. Only an idiot would buy a Tahoe for speed.

Dude it has the 5.3 Vortec V8. I don't see how you got v6 because it doesn't sound anything like one.

If you are going to say things say them right, Tahoes and Suburbans have always come with a V8, V6 doesn’t even exist in that type of models, how can you say it’s a V6, just listen to it!!!!

also why is it that when someone drives something like this WOT, they rev it to 6000rpm? its not good for it to go that high. the automatic shifts before damage is done to the engine by revving to high. NO ARGUMENTS INTENDED!

Its not manual mode like whats in car with "slap stick" or paddle shifters, that mode locks gears out.

I think its just about ok for its size.0-40 is fine but it slugs between 40-60. Needs more torque

There is no wrong with power the problem is diff ratio is too low and the gears are too long for this car with this weight
