This choreography is so in tune to the music and intricate and nuanced. I love the equal attention to the subtler little movements as well as the larger more dramatic movements, there was a lot of depth and content. Lots of Paso choreography and performances concentrate on the large movements and overact the drama without regard to the in between but this doesn’t. I also like the woman’s serious but softer more fluid approach versus the sometimes very angular and harsh interpretations of others that can verge on caricature. This performance really showcases the primal and ritualistic aspects of this dance versus showing off the individual dancer.

BRILLIANT. Stefano BRILLIANT as matador.Lady more feminine than Ylia (world champion with Riccardo), soft arms, but very precise when needed, and moving with her back before arms and head. Daria is a BRILLIANT dancer. And a good match to He-man Stefano.
The golden jacket used by Stefano is excellant, lady's dress beautiful.
