My full POV run of the Megavalanche 2022 !

The Megavalanche is a downhill massstart race.
Approximately 1300 riders are expected every year to compete from the top of « Le Pic Blanc - France » at 3300 meters of altitude.

Since years, winning this race is one of my deepest dream !

Losing due to equipment failure is so brutal, especially when you were so far in the lead!
That said, you were far enough ahead and close enough to the end that I'm convinced you would have won.
Your body and mind won, even if your bike didn't!

It's so heartbreaking to see you come so close to victory yet so far, you did really well. Keep working hard, that victory is waiting for you. I really appreciated the annotations here. A great insight into what it takes to put yourself into a position to win with not just physical commitment, but the mental. Very impressed that you try to take some pleasure in riding your bike... what I would say is "Enjoy the challenge". Something I wish some coaches would have instilled in me earlier! It's such an interesting event; it's good to see it's competitors take it on with a good sporting attitude. Chapeau.
