What is most important for the business is to prioritize mails which might impact their reputation and lead to loss of business eventually. There is a need for a system which can sniff all such negative communications and help customer care agents to respond at the highest priority.
- As a solution a Robot is configured to monitor customer care mail box and analyze every mail received. The Robot would parse the mail content and make use of a third party service with Microsoft Azure (Text Analytics) to analyze the sentiment. Based on the score of sentiment analysis the Robot will make a decision to create a CRM ticket and set the priority.
