Collin Raye - Little Rock - Drum Cover

Показать описание
Tom Douglas composed the song "Little Rock," which was performed by Collin Raye, an American country music performer. It was made available as the second single from his CD, Extremes, in March 1994. On the U.S. Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks list, the song peaked at number 2, while on the Canadian RPM Country Tracks chart, it reached number 7.
The central character of "Little Rock" is a guy in sobriety who is attempting to start over in Little Rock, Arkansas, which also acts as a metaphor for the failing relationship he left behind. He tells his significant other that he has obtained a job selling VCRs since leaving home to start over, that he hasn't had any alcohol in 19 days, and that he has discovered religion ("I like the preacher from the Church of Christ"). I think I'm on a roll here in Little Rock, the narrator says again before going on to say that his only issue is that his significant other is not around.
