I think they have had this worked out a long time ago but they didn't want Lamb at training camp for a couple reasons 1 to avoid injury 2 so Dak could work more with the other WRs to develop more chemistry and 3 to give the media something to rant about that is why you didn't really hear Lamb complaining or asking for trade or anything like that
