Ok what u need to do is go to the taskbar and open ur folders delete select all the folders that are on ur screenn drag them into the recycle bin

I've ran that command when it makes folders automatically, but now my computer slowed down because of them. And you cant delete the folders. How to stop CMD from creating them? PLEASE! I need help!

to fix first try to open folder go to this pc and go to dekstop and delete all folders there is 11000 folders when you delete it the virus is fixed if it help click on like
