Sorry, these facilities were not available when I joined in service at the age of 21 in 1965. I came to Mumbai, then Bombay, and slowly slowly I learnt it. I opened my first PPF account in the year 1976 and my fourth PPF account will be due for encashment on 01/04/2028. Today my running age is 80 and from this F.Y. I shall be in the super sr.citizen category. If we keep our antina open, we can learn a lot, required for our smooth survival.
