Dub does not often exceed the original voice acting, but when it does, holy shit does it exceed the original. Dub, 100%.

In dub, you clearly feel the PAIN (no pun intended) in Nagato's voice, but in the sub it's just regular yelling tbh.

Dub takes this, If the end of the sub was more pronounced then I'd like it more than dub.

I prefer subbed, but if I spoke and understood Japanese, pretty sure it would be slightly worse and be equal to dub.
Same thing with English, if I understood Japanese, not English, then I'd probably prefer English.
You can't really know if it's bad voice acting if you can't understand it in the first place.

Generally prefer sub but pains english voice is sooo good. Only dubs that are on this level are death note and dragon ball
