This is the new Aston Martin V12 Speedster, powered by
a twin-turbo 5.2-liter V12 from the Aston Martin DBS engine, mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission. The engine produces 700 horsepower and 555 pound-feet of torque! The Speedster's body is made from carbon fiber, taking inspiration from past Astons like the DBS 59 and the CC100 concept as well as fighter jets like the F/A-18 Hornet.

In this video we talk with Aston’s Director Of Design, Miles Nurnberger about this incredible car!

Quick question: Why was it decided the fighter inspiration would come from the F/A-18, a jet not operated by the Royal airforce. Why not the Typhoon or F-35 which is British operated for a British company?

Cars are meant to be driven... Hopefully without inhaling a bunch of insects. The lack of a windshield is a deal breaker not to mention the fact that without a top there is no way to have side airbags in case of an accident.

Literally Back to the Future!!!In about 20 years I have not seen a single car this striking... Forget the Valkyrie, forget the Zonda (please forgive me my most beloved Pagani...).

THIS
IS
SPEED...
And I need it.

stunning car but somehow that front end of the bonnet doesn’t look like it’s been developed to 100%.

Out of all the speedster supercars that have been released in the past few years, I think the V12 Speedster is my favourite. It is stunning.

Loving the content, such detail is so interesting and the production levels are top notch . Nearly perfect but only slight thing is the audio between the 2 mics seems to be interfering with each other and sounds a bit tinny at times.

As one of the majority of people here who will never get to so much as to breath on this car; I have an opinion... LOL...
I prefer the design of the Ferrari Monza SP2.

As a keen motorcyclist wearing a helmet in a beautiful car with no windscreen is very appealing, I need one in my life, first lottery jackpot win.
