Implicit Differentiation with Trig - The EASY WAY | Jake's Math Lessons
implicit differentiation problems can be tough. specially when they start involving trig and the chain rule all in one. today I want to show you an example of how to do this in kind of keep building on Previous implicit differentiation and change all videos that I have been made and put them into one problem. and we are going to use this one simple trick that you should be able to use it on basically any implicit differentiation problems. so be sure to stick around till the end and see how I Apply this trick to this problem I am showing today.
So Watch the video till the end and I hope you will understand the trick easily,
The problem which we are going to discuss today is
Find dy/dx
sin(y) = 3x^4 +12y
Chapters
0:00 Implicit Differentiation Can Be Tough
0:31 Intro
2:17 Y is function, x is variable
2:43 Take the derivative of both Said
3:19 Y is the inner function
6:05 Subtracting Both side
6:29 Factoring out
