I liked the natural lighting in the last apartment, the open kitchen and the view from the roof top.

Thank you for doing these informative videos in this price point!! As a Canadian the exchange is hard on us so a $600 rental for us is $825!

I liked the 2 bedroom with insuite laundry and rooftop terrace. When I arrive and go looking for a place I would be hoping to have a balcony or some sort of immediate outdoor space. A generator would also be a requirement. At least for the outlet that powers the refrigerator.

Have a super great day in beautiful Cuenca!

Congrats I just viewed your first YouTube served commercial in the middle of your video just now! Love your videos! We will be there next year and hope to meet y’all. Loved the brief description by the realtor and loved the zoom in on the menu for us to pause and check prices. I understand that restaurant is a bit higher because they serve lots of English speaking expats. Get what you pay for. Love it. Keep up the good work. A quick screen shot of how fast the WiFi is would help my wife understand the ability to remotely work. My wife wants that sweater!

2 with 3's roof, great ambiance, 2's layout and colors, 1 old charm. Would I be right on the monthly rental cost, numbers would be a steal. As the norm, enjoy your videos, music played, eateries, and of course, your presentation, do hope we will meet up in Cuenca soon.🎉🎉🎉

Thanks for the videos - love the color saturation! I've seen you both around town and at Paccari. Taita Cafeteria Panaderia on Calle Larga has a great vegan chocolate cake.

Turn the music down! It doesn't add anything and I can't hear what's going on. I had to go to closed captions

Great long-term 2/3rd apartment with amenities. As said, your personal items, fat cating in both 🎉🎉🎉🎉

Wow! Let's face it, in the US, those apts would go for a minimum double, up to 5X the asking, depending on where in the country we're from.

Another wonderful video. The only downside to the third apt is the living room furniture. It doesn't look comfortable at all but if the location is perfect, maybe buy something more comfy.

I definitely found that price range doable. I decided to live in the Capulispamba sector (quite suburbanish) and my cost is about middle of that price range. I feel like I'm getting great value and a much bigger square footage footprint. I rented from a local and took the gamble of not using a realtor. These were great options you showed. Back in the States, where can you get a whole place with utilities for $350!!

The bedrooms in the Misicata apartments are very small. It seems many of the newer builds offer less space. The first one in San Seas while older and not that large is a good value because of everything included and the neighborhood. It's also close to the Tranvia. San Seas Park is one of the nicest in Cuenca. I like your content. Sunrise has a great steak and eggs on Thursday, $6.50. Ribs, chicken and brisket on Saturday. I believe $7.50.

I'm an old man - retired on SS in the US - looking for a frugal studio in Cuenca (!) none of these elaborate extravagant large spaces are appropriate at all ! An easy to clean and be comfortable small well furnished studio would be desirable. And obviously for a much cheaper price ! Close to 32 sq meters would be my ideal - and well furnished. = How much are 'these' (?) in the Cuenca area ? > A range would be nice -- thank you !

Thanks for all you do!
However, the 1st apartment would need to come with a double prescription of anti- depressants!😅

Excellent Video! It appears only the first location offered a bath tub. Is this correct?
Would you say the tub appeared to be on the small side? (I'm like # 82 for this video).
