Tainted wisdom was a counter strategy for things like parasite paracide. Which when flipped it would shuffle itself into the opponents main deck, and if they happened to draw it then it would special summon itself, switch the opponents monsters into insect type, and prevented them from attacking with the insect barrier combo.

Thanks for these long videos; you really do have a soothing vibe to zone out and listen to. It's been fascinating learning how utterly wild this card game I used to play as a 12 year old has gotten.

I know it would be asking a lot, but I would love some sort of index to "pick up where I left off", like the ban list video... but that's a ton of work so I can understand why it's not something you'd want to do.
