In the first performance, I loved how Marley Sola accomplished both rising and descending runs with equal skill and so rightly gained Guy's attention. Holland's Chevelly Cooman poignant rendition of "Ben" was very well done and perfectly followed by that rousing delivery of "I An Australian." Nationalism at its best! While the wonderful selections from Chile, Uruguay, France, and Lithuania were all new to me and deserving of notice, it was the Senior from Italy who was the real show-stopper and unsurprisingly, perhaps, it was Ukraine's Anastasia Bukhantsova's "У мене немає дому"/"I Have No Home" that reached right in and tugged at my heart.💔 Imo, No. 192 is a beautiful collection to long be treasured. Thank you! 👍🎵

One of the things I admire in these collections is how different aspects come to the fore... this wide ranging set had some rarely heard songs (or never heard, by me) like the two from Australia, Stevie Wonder "The Ribbon Song" and the Bushwackers "I am Australian". But then a Charles Aznavour on Italy Seniors....certainly a first for me! Thanks are especially appropriate to pureemotion for ending this grouping with the Ukraine reminder...and fitting "I Have No Home". Let us not forget.

It's interesting how much Guy and Marley sounded alike, and the way Guy could get up and pull that performance out of his hat was pretty amazing. This was another group of excellent performances, all ending in 4 chair turns, even that crazy Australian duo. 🙂 Anastasia's performance was sad and pretty at the same time. Thanks for putting this together and posting it. I look forward to watching your videos (usually more than once!).

Marley and Guy were so amazing. So beautifully sung.💞 The Bushwackers moved the entire audience priding Australia. To me, it is emotional when everyone partakes in honoring their citizenship of their country.❤Fabrizio Pausini, Seniors Italy, was so pure. It's Saturday morning, a cup of hot coffee and a new video from Pure. What more can you ask for. If you were wondering about the duet with Guy on the first song, here's the scoop. Guy audtioned with this song on Australia's Got Talent (and won, btw). Rita suggested he sing with Marley and the rest is history. We'll have to wait to see how it goes for Marley. As always, the whole lineup is outstanding! The final piece was beautifully done by Anastasia. I am reminded of Olga Melnyk doing the song for the finals during lock down.
