There's a few factors to this. One of which actually is the chop from big show (technically). Its common with athletes who take a lot of physical punishment for parts of their bodies to reshape/reform. Look at pro fighters, they have what is called cauliflower ear and its a direct result of the breakdown of tussue in the ear. As the tissue further breaks down it begins to swell giving it that cauliflower look. With that being said, another good example is the undertaker. If you see the deadman over the years youll notice that his chest begins to separate further and further starting noticably around the mid to later 2000s. One last piece to this puzzle is genetics. What kofi has is indeed a genetic trait. However, it is only made more noticeable by heavy physical contact over time.
