Cyborg race is best as v3 breaks ken and v4 is good for teamers chaining damage or bascially just multiplying damage

Cyborg race is one of best race it's race V3 ability can destroy people observation and mess on combos.
V4 is just so op because if you hit people they can't hold moves and they take dmg overtime so they observation is again damaged or disabled
