220g cod, 200g sweet potatoes, 100g green veg

Oatmeal - 483kcal, P: 48.2g, F: 8.55g, CHO: 52.5g

50g oatmeal, 47g protein (1.5 scoops), 100g frozen berries, ~250ml sweetened almond milk

High Calorie Meals:

I'm not wearing these glasses to make a fashion statement by the way. I'm actually quite blind, -3 to be precise. Also I need to highlight the fact that the totals at the end of the video are just to summarise the 4 meals. I would not recommend following those macro ratios.

Great video mate. Just great to show people that when they think they’re choosing healthy, sometimes they’re not! Worst thing is they think they’ve had low cal meals throughout the day and reward themselves at night. Great video for beginners

This is so amazing . I realised I’ve been the high calorie versions, literally each of meals while thinking I’m having healthy meals and trying to lose weight 🤦🏼‍♀️

Holy fuck!! I've been taking a 1, 000kcal bowl of oatmeal in the name of 'eating healthy'. This is exactly what I needed to hear and check my diet as I start my dieting again. I followed a diet before for 3 weeks but never really thought about how balanced it was. Made some progress in the process but this video just gave me a reality check on what I would have achieved if I had followed a few more instructions in the first place.
Lesson learnt: There's a huge difference between dieting as a whole and being smart about what you're feeding your body in the process.

Use chicken thighs when bulking, they got like 2 less protein but about 10 more fat and they're cheaper

Great video but please use Central Asian/Turkic rice recipes (you put the oil/butter while you cook the rice rather than after like you did). That rice looked sad like East Asia.
