5.0 V8 Lotus Seven (locost) finished!

Spent about 8.5 years building this. See some of my previous videos for when it was just a dangerous frame with an engine driving around. It has been legal for a few years now, but only been able to cool itself for about 3 months.

I put a 5.0L in a Westfield about 15 years ago. Brutal acceleration and I’m sure it wants to kill me. 650kg car with 340bhp = 520 bcp/tonne.

LOVE those tan Lotus Elise seats; did you have those refinished, or is that original material? I have one in my Miata, once I find another I will re-upholster them in tan to match the car's original colours (Tan interior/emerald mica green exterior)
