Why Prince Andrew won't leave Royal Lodge with Sarah Ferguson

Prince Andrew has been at the center of reports that he may have to leave Royal Lodge with his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson, but it seems unlikely that the son of the late Queen Elizabeth II will have to vacate the estate.

The former couple, who still live together 26 years after their divorce, have called the Grade II-listed residence their home since 2004 and enjoy 98 acres of land. Amid reports of King Charles' plans to cut royal family spending, including Andrew's allowance, which comes from the Duchy of Lancaster, what does this mean for the fate of the £30 million Royal Lodge? In 2003, Prince Andrew signed a 75-year lease, under which he would pay £250 a week to stay at the Royal Lodge.

Why should they leave? He owns the lease on royal Lodge. If he can afford the maintenance, then fine. It's his house.

Prince Andrew cannot win this fight. He’s only pushing others away and losing support, which he can’t afford to do. Moving to Frogmore is hardly being thrown on to the street. He has to face up to reality that his position is now severely diminished and that’s all his doing.

If the late Queen Elizabeth had leased the Royal Lodge for Prince Andrew and The Frog more Cottage to Prince Harry, , why disrespect the Late Queen's wishes..what if it were done to him, , just like his wish that his wife may become a queen consort..?
