19 Minutes is all you need for this one...
5 Sets of
3 Min AMRAP
3 Power Cleans
6 Push-Ups
9 Air Squats
Then Rest for 1 minute
Repeat 5 times for a total of 19 minutes

Okay, so set a clock for three minutes and continually cycle through 3 power cleans into 6 push-ups and then 9 air squats, and repeat that circuit for as many rounds as possible within three minutes
Once that timer expires, rest for one minute and repeat the 3-minute circuit again
Do this for a total of 5 rounds, which should add up to 19 minutes (15 minutes of work and 4 minutes of built-in rest)
