A short slice-of-life story concept:

The MC is a traveler weary from the struggles of life passing though a town known for some of the best festivals all around, and it just so happens he arrived just in time for one. He reluctantly attends the festival and ends up spending the night in the company of the Fox of Festivals: the minor goddess/local deity this song sings about. He ends up having a good time, and when he continues on his way: he's a little less weary, a little more optimistic, and hopes to run into her again when he comes back next year.
