This is a matter of public interest. The gravity of that decision has produced results that have brought about unpredictable harm that has yet to be revealed. A special court has to be assembled in this case. The integrity, credential, wisdom, expertise, morals, and ethics of the justices that rendered that decision is on trial. The dead justices have a right to equal protection under the law. Being fair those justices can never compare Dobbs to roe. Would those justices overturn Roe based upon the circumstance in dobbs. Would those justices unleash this much chaos on the American public intentionally. Judges have held medical companies accountable for harm and mental distress from circumstances like this. The side effects from bad medication. Polluted waters from factory spills that have killed wildlife that people need for food and nutrition. The courts have held people accountable for decision that have caused harm to others through lack of foresight and for-thought. There is not a law in Roe that was overlooked or violated that would allow dobbs to be the new precedent. If roe was overturned illegally (ethics) Then roe is still valid and unless the court can show were roe was in error it is still the precedent and dobbs can be challenged if there is not an error of law in Roe. Federal law overrides state law. In states where abortion has been determined to be illegal I would challenge the state position on Dobbs. I would appeal on the validity of Roe over DOBBS. If Roe was valid on what grounds does dobbs render it void. If the same Judges revered their position it would be another story. The decision in Dobbs was not even unanimous.

An activist court would be one that doesn't uphold the constitution. The constitution states that any supposed right not expressly stated in the constitution is a states rights issue.

A personal decision only not mandated by a Court Justice rather a doctor and councillor and family. Don't understand why it became an issue in the first place was anyone complaining and why. Sawadee prosecute Khap.🤠

A narrow minded few (politicians and some magistrates) decided a minority opinion on abortion would remove a woman's right to choose.

Hope it's not a reflection of scolding their children or grandchildren imposing there will on the whole country. Typical Ivy league behavior. Sawadee prosecute Khap.

How us it this attorney VP doesn't understand law and the constitution, ? She and 50 years of the Congress, could have made Roe law. Why didn't Biden make abortion law in the country?
The Constitution says nothing abortion. But areas not in the Constitution, is States jurisdiction. So stop the shifting blame to The Court and not the Congress.

0:19, God bless Vice President Harris and she is 100% right. EVERY American citizen deserves the right to choose what to do with their own body. This isn't even about abortion it's about basic freedoms and privacy as an American citizen. To take that away from American citizens is not only wrong, but un-American! The Republican party and these "justices" are too extreme.

Behold the Living God is always working in miracles even if mankind doesn't see it. Why do you say that where is God? Don't you know that our Creator created you in His own image? (Genesis 1:27) like you He is a Living Being but is our God. You are a proof that there is a Higher being than all of us. Believe in Him as He is not a God of confusion (lies, deception, temptation) but a God of truth. Don't you know why we glorify God? it's because He wants to lead us to the Truth that He is the only true God that loves you and wants you to have Eternal life with Him in Heaven by walking in His ways (John 3:16; Matthew 7:13-14) repent and be born again. Don't be afraid of what's happening in the world for God will never leave you nor forsakes you if you believe in Him. The fall of mankind happens because of the disobedience of Adam and Eve that is why trusting God with your situation even in difficult times helps you to not repeat the same mistake, He knows what is best for you as He is an omnipotent God. Remember that He is the creator of all living things that is why His wisdom and knowledge is immeasurable.

I've been hearing complaints about judicial activism for decades, beginning from the right wing, and circling around to the left. Ok, it's clear all the speakers don't like something that's been going on, and it's usually around hot issues. Like here.

First of all, on this issue: why is it not remembered that the Supreme Court in its initial ruling 50 years ago was activist in this sense, establishing the heat that has governed this issue all that time? One way or another, it has never been settled. Is there not action going on all over the place and in opposite directions, right now? Of course! Say what you want about this court, but it's not the first time SCOTUS has taken far-reaching actions that were not liked.

But why the complaints about "activism"? Is that not something SCOTUS is supposed to do?
Pro-Roe supporters say it *was* supposed to be active as it was in 1970. Anti-Roe supporters say it *was* supposed to be active as it was in 2022. It's not activism that's the problem. It's the issue that's never been settled. And law won't settle it. The settlement, if it ever comes, will come from outside government. The tunnel that's in is taking turns all the time, no end in sight, and no indication it's not a dead end.

But it's important that SCOTUS at all times has the power to be active. It is one leg of the tripod our government is built on, and it is supposed to have power to balance executive and legislative branches. It's also important that it's not subject to direct public opinion. Public opinion swings this way and that. SCOTUS stabilizes, sometimes by bringing it all up short, and even by causing a public furor: because it does not legislate, it interprets. Like its interpretation or not, the public can still call for changes to the law by electing their President and Congress, and a law can overrule SCOTUS. It's an important factor to have active in our government, and it can cause everyone to regroup, rethink, and redecide. That's the place where (maybe) an issue can be resolved.

We're supposed to be self-governing here in the U.S. You didn't think the government would do it for us, did you?
