Adobe Photoshop CC 2017 Can not open images for edit.

the solution is to go to
"preferences" from "General" tab uncheck the "show start Workspace when no documents are open"
thats it.

I have found a solution. In startup I disabled anything that had to do with creative cloud. Now if I start Photoshop Direct, it opens up with no problems and very fast.
