As a Giants fan I offer my congratulations to the Eagles and their fans for a spectacular season. The Giants loss today didn’t affect their playoffs seeding, and it offered an opportunity for the backup players to get some reps. Both teams have restored the NFC East division to respectability and competitiveness.

I expected nothing from this Giants practice squad but they played their HEARTS out. And I couldn't help but loudly applaud when Webb trucked his way into the end zone for a touchdown.

As a Giants fan, I am so proud of David Webb for playing his heart out tonight and congratulations to Kenny Golladay on his first TD catch as a Giant. I expected a blowout but these guys fought with so much passion and heart all game and I appreciate them. GGs Eagles fans and congratulations on getting the number 1 seed in the NFC East and NFC in general.

Gotta say, its always an accomplishment to throw/run for a TD in the NFL. It is not an easy business, but these guys make it look so effortless. Kudos to Webb! Something he'll remember forever!

Of course happy for Webb to get some NFL stats under his belt, but Gary Brightwell is another guy who deserves recognition . The guy almost always does something good when he gets his chances.

Eagles not only got the #1 seed. Not only do they have a 2nd rd QB on a rookie deal. They also got a top 10 pick in the upcoming draft. That’s a war chest right there.
