I do not touch any zoom sensitivities.

Cheating will be the biggest concern considering it's free to play

If they don't get that on lock straight away the game will die. Fingers crossed the devs are on top of it

I'm convinced there isn't an anti cheat that will ever work as good as admins on a private server like we had back in my day

Other than things mentioned in the video, I'm a bit concerned about vehicles and how arcade-like they seem. I love using vehicles and they are one of the main reasons why I have always chosen BF over Cod. Even if actual gameplay as infantry is super good, if the vehicle combat mechanics are very simplified, it will be a big minus for me.

Besides, I'm a bit worried about skins that it will end up like COD. They say that skins will be consistent with the game's atmosphere, but I have already seen female characters with exposed belly and, of course, without a helmet.

I havent played DF, but I've played Arena Breakout: Infinite and both are published by Tencent.
AB:I has kernel level anti-cheat and there were cheaters in high roller lobies.
Do what you want with this information.

Saying that this isn't a battlefield copy is one of the biggest copes
If this is not a copy I don't know what is.
They copied all the UI elements
They made the exact same game mode with the same map and the same gameplay loop
Same class/specialists system
same gameplay mechanics
If you think there is no other way of making a modern "military" fps game besides the BF formula that wouldn't look like an exact copy than clearly you haven't played many games and you just lack imagination like the designers of Delta force that probably had 2042 on a second monitor.

and the most dumb thing about it is that they COPIED THE WRONG BATTLEFIELD!
instead of copying BF3, 4 or BC2 - they just took the most hated BF game and kept the stupid aesthetic and atmosphere. no destruction. nothing that really improves on what we already have right now.

Just need private servers with admins. Anti cheats and human admins will still have trouble picking out DMA cheat users who are careful though.

I can see myself getting hooked to the gameplay loop of this game it looks great. Only thing that's left for me is to have a constant progression to work towards as it seems to be a long term supported live service game

Seems like something that nobody is mentioning is the player count and how many bots will be in the game. Specifically for the all-out warfare style mode, they basically said that the attackers will have bots added with each objective taken. Not sure but kind of worrying for the competitive players fs

Mentioned Heroes & Generals! Thats a name i haven't heard in a long time. God i used to love that game, played 300~ hours over the course of like 5-6 years. Nothing serious but was a fun game to jump into for a game or 2 occasionally.

DF is a lot more of a 2042 rip off then you’ll admit. The game looks almost the exact same and I’ll be very surprised if Dice doesn’t try to take legal action against them. But do I care? Absolutely not. Dice needed this kind of completion. Hopefully this will encourage them to stop F’ing around and make a good BF game like 3, 4, and 1.
