Why not increase the basic personal tax allowance? It has been frozen for many years, and hits the lowest paid hardest.

Any "gains" are wipped ou entirely if you get desperate waiting for an NHS procedure and are forced to go private... I'm fed up with the Tories painting tax-cuts as if they are doing us a favour...We're just screwingg ourselves over if we fall for their nonsense

I am more worried about our Chancellor and his in-laws who live in China. Conflict of interest is an understatement.

This is a stealth tax increase for the poor as the wages going up next year means they will get more money back. And as always more tax benefits for the rich.

I'm pretty sure that wages rising was the exact opposite of their plan. I mean, they actually said that and wasted so much money trying to prevent public sector pay going up.

I know it may not go over well with the public but I wish His Majesty would use he's power to remove certain people from office that would help the UK a whole lot more than anything the Tories have ever done.

It's time for Tory politicians to represent their electorate and not billionaire Tory party donors.

It's time for a household wealth cap for political candidates and MPs of £10 million with those whose wealth exceeds the wealth cap resigning and not eligible to become MPs.
