It’s always fun to take a filter to your instagram photo or story. In this day and age, who doesn’t? Well sometimes people go too far with their filters and photoshopping and we end up with something that doesn’t even look like the person posting it in real life! That's where we come in. It’s time to showcase the good, the bad and the ‘we aren’t even sure what they were thinking’ when it comes to instagram posts versus reality. From reality TV stars like sisters Kylie Jenner and Khloe Kardasian, TikTok star Paige Niemann, Mother of Draguns Nikita Dragun, and several influencers like Rianne Meijer,, Tana Mongeau, Sara Puhto and Kim Britt, the people in this video are either afraid to show their real face, or just want to poke fun at the absurdity of it all. And we can’t forget to add ‘90 Day Fiance’ star Rebecca Parrott to this list. She was the epitome of instagram versus reality when her boyfriend showed up to the airport in a shirt with her filtered face on it. A filtered photo might look great in a private chat with your significant other, but on a shirt, in a Tunisian airport? Not so much.

I have to say that i am pretty sure that Ariana doesn't look like Ariana herself without makeup.

I just turned 66 and the less makeup I wear, the better I look! Which saves me money. I have always used a good sunscreen (Neutrogena Face Shield 70 spf) I put together a fashion look that is age appropriate, and I do get compliments from men and women of all ages. I found that looking your best at ANY age, and NOT trying to look younger actually IS the way to feel younger and look great!

I don't know. A person with heavy makeup and/or filters can be aestethically beautiful, but virtually every time they are more attractive without any makeup and filters imho

Fun fact: Studies have reported that 90% of what you seen online, is fake. So if you see someone with a perfect life, maybe they're not as perfect as one would think.

I have female friends on Facebook and I'd not have a clue who they were just from the photo.
Problem starts when they genuinely think that's what they look like.
My brothers mate went on a date and she looked completely different in real life.
And when he politely mentioned it she got really shitty.
It's massive double standards because if he'd said he was 6ft 4 and drove a Merc and rocked up 5 ft 5 driving a shit heap of a car she'd have walked out 100%.
