Hi again! I always get confused a bit even though I have listened many times. I wish you could make a grid at some point and share it if it is possible. My confusion is self induced. I will be opening at least 4-6 months in Bali for the next three years and then retiring permanently there. My confusion is self induced because I always think of being able to do different things in Bali and there a few dos and den'ts with certain visas. A grid would be amazing if you were able to make one....Here is where I get a bit confused....BTY I do plan in discussing you do my visa.

*On a B211a do I have to have a return ticket? I would love to decide at 4 months if I want to stay another two months. 

*I am 62, so I could just get a retirement Kita, but I am not ready to stop doing a bit of online work in the US and Spain

*I have some Balinese friends who have asked if I can help them with their wine list (I ran wineries and wine importing business for 40 years. I know this is illegal in most cases, but if all I was going to do is help with list, picking wines and doing an occasional wine dinner, but is the best legal way to do this?

*It is my plan to rent a shared place for this year, while looking for land to build a Villa or even a ready done one fi I get a good deal. Since I will still be traveling for three years, I will want to rent it out when I am not there. IS this considered a business? Sine so many folks are doing this now, how are they legally allowed to do this? I have seen how it is legal to get land and build, but (great video) but how folks are renting and under what visa is what I do not see discussed to often.


*I already go to a Christian church in Bali. I know it is illegal under most Visas to do volunteer work, but my church (mostly Balinese) do a lot of work with folks in need. Am I allowed to participate in any way?

I've a question, my agent asked me to pay 3 millions in order to extend my B211a visa, it's been more than a week since I paid her and gave her a photo of my passport stamp. She keeps saying that I should not worry about the extension and she will let me know when I should go to immigration to collect my passport since she doesn't have the tracking code yet. Is that normal?
