I find it interesting how easy it is to renovate Western houses .. because it's literally just wood and some cement vs in my country where you need like a sledgehammer to knock out anything because most of it is concrete

The work is incredible. But I really think it sucks that we don’t respect older types of architecture and things like brick. Some of these homes are going to be historic soon and many of those details are lost because we treat them like garbage.
