Some of the provinces in the Philippines, serve as pork liempo brush with banana leaf soaked in marinade bbq sauce while grill cooking outdoor for hours, lechon baka (cow) and lechon manok, etc.. as one of foods for New year celebration, family camaraderie and cultural festival.. well part of our simple tradition
