Is This Truck A BUDGET Raptor? (Nissan Navara SL Warrior 2023 Review)

Показать описание
The Nissan Navara Warrior SL is a cheaper version of the well-known hardcore ute with simpler features but the same great suspension underneath.

The Nissan Navara 4WD dual-cab ute uses a twin-turbo 2.3-litre four-cylinder Diesel engine to make 140kW of power (187 hp). That’s some way off a V6 Ranger or Amarok, but there’s decent shove on tap. But among Nissan Navara utes the Warrior models are special. In addition to the existing Navara Pro-4X Warrior there is now a cheaper Navara SL Warrior in the range too.

The Nissan Navara competes with the Ford Ranger, Toyota Hilux, Mazda BT-50, Isuzu D-Max, Mitsubishi Triton, GWM Ute and many other dual-cab pick-up trucks.

As always, we don’t accept advertising from car manufacturers, and we’re powered by Budget Direct - so this is an independent, honest review of the Nissan Navara.

For a tone deaf car company that has missed the mark in Australia for over a decade, finally someone at Nissan is listening. A basic ute that is lifted, bar upfront, tow bar with reasonable AT's on wheels that don't look like vomit. And rubber mats! Only missing a snorkel and some recovery points to get you going. Yes, I realise the irony of writing "basic" knowing it's $60k to get you on your way.

20, 000km service intervals seems unders to me.

Would love to have seen you go offroad in it.

Just bought one for the farm, absolutely awesome on and off road and the best thing, vinyl floor. Carpet on farm ute is hopeless

Remove the warrior and make it into single cab = the car I drive. Its not the best and comfortable, but its good. It does its job and ground clearance is decent as a stock. Just get the throttle cheapest controller and your good to go.

No it's a 2014 bakkie that's getting woefully outclassed.

20k service intervals? I don't know, maybe if it spent it's whole life on the highway. I'd probably go with 15k just so I know the oil is fine.
