It's interesting that TingTing talked about Harbin, which is also called the Ice city. Personally, as a russian, this city is closest to me in China, I really want to visit there. It was a fishing settlement when russian settlers arrived there and its name is translated as “a place for drying fishing nets.” It was used to make a railway station on the railway under construction. For a long time this city was Russian-Chinese, as a symbol of cooperation between our countries. It’s a pity that at some point our relationship was damaged. Now it is a large thriving industrial and cultural center. Students from many countries study there, including Russia. I hope it will regain the historical status of our friendship and cooperation. 🤝
