How to Copy a Table from One Database to another Database in MS Access - Office 365. This video explains how you can copy a table from one database to another database in Microsoft Access. Keep in mind the relationships between tables are not copied, only the structure and data can be copied. You can copy only the structure of the table or structure and data or you can also append data to an existing table. When you append data to a table you can only append to a destination table which has same fields as the table you are copying from. If you try to append data to a table which has different fields then Microsoft Access will give an error.
