I do have an idea on how to handle these, it would take time and very expensive, but it’s an idea that no one has…
There is a man in India named Sonam Wangchuk who created artificial ice to help his village in the desert. Why don’t we fly him down to the states, teach our engineers to build them, then make these stupa’s all over the forests? It would water the ground, give animals water, and would combat any fire as it would constantly streaming water. Just an idea I’ve had for a while. Of coarse I also thought of negatives and draw backs cause I’m not a total idiot… the thing id worry about is mudslides, sudden shifting in the ground as it’s been dry for a while, and of coarse unforeseen stuff that I haven’t thought about, but it’s better than seeing every year just millions of gallons of water being dropped to slowly contain it. And then doing nothing for the next fire.

Problem is wind makes the fire more widespread.
I hope U.S allocates some budget for RnD to research and find a permanent solution to this. People are suffering, many will be displaced, many will be losing homes and even lives.
